Thank you Alharacas and Pasha

I know I could ask the “HiNative” App on my phone, but why not put my language related question here?
Do you say “We can complain about our family but wouldn’t like that anybody else says anything derogatory about one of HIS/HER members”
HIS or HER? Which is right?
What about ITs?

Neither, it's neuter: "... but wouldn't like it if anybody else said anything derogatory about one of its members"
