German is the most beautiful language that exists and that ever will exist according to one member of the forum. { Take a guess who that is. }  It's the Mother Language.

German, German... You must admit that French is very pretty. It's just unpronounceable.

Better call it The Kindergarten.

No, no, no! I was the victim. I have been the victim of Blonde's nonstop harassment and urge to communicate with me. :P I don't know why she's so obsessed with me. :P You should've given her an infraction, but you admitted that you hadn't given her an infraction and instead punished me! The victim! :P

My first advice for you would've been to cut your wrist, but since you said committing suicide is not an option, I think we're out of options. Do you have any terminal disease, hopefully? I think mild exposure to radiation should work. It's not like committing suicide. It'll just give you cancer and kill you slowly.

I have a better idea. Can you catch my blonde thoughts? or...a thought of course.

Though you could be offensive at the end, I've used you as an instrument in general.
True, and it's not a secret. It's obvious that practice makes skills perfect. I don't like to be sensitive and too polite.

Also, I considered our  " debates" as intellectual games. You sometimes could be hilarious and could play intellectual games.
However, you practically never could do it over a long distance. Just ponder over it.

You know, babe, when I train my staff how to communicate effectively, I always tell them to ask themselves a question: " What is your purpose?"
For me, the game is a purpose though on the edge. If the offense of me was a purpose for you, you did right ;P

Oh, Belgium was great :)

Yes, I do remember your question, Chizuko. What's more, I've been thinking about it for several days now.
No, I don't think French is the most beautiful language. I find the whole concept quite baffling. If there are beautiful languages, then there must be ugly ones as well, right? So, what would be an ugly language?
To me, French is nice. Pretty easy, pretty regular, with a very learner-friendly relation between pronunciation and spelling - once you've managed to get your head around all these nasal sounds, that is. ;)
But beautiful? I wonder if some people think so for the same mysterious reason that's made so many people consider Paris to be the city of love, or that's made so many European men decide  that French women are the sexiest - several more things which seem wholly inexplicable to me.

KS in French you would say “chère amie” since Alharacas isn’t your girlfriend

@alpha The point was that it isn't "ma amie". How is that regular? I know that there's a pronunciation reason that it isn't "ma amie", but still. Plus, isn't girlfriend in French called "petite amie"? Have I been living a lie all the time? :P

@Alharacas Fair enough. Maybe it's regular to you. It's damn irregular to people like me. :P

That's right! That's what I'm thinking! I don't know who said French was the most beautiful language at first.
I heard that there was some trend of speaking French in the noble fashionable society when France was the strongest country. Probably it was around Elizabeth1 in England in 16c to French Revolution. I'm not sure but historically I heard many cultures from France was welcomed as noble in that time. The language, too.

To people who live at edge of the world,in Japan, such a historical trend didn't influence. Of course, Japanese love French cuisine and fashion now, but the foreign language which affected Japanese society was Dutch and Portuguese except for Asians like Chinese. They were first foreigners from Europe who came to Japan for the first time in 16c. Not French or British or American.
So, the idea that French is the most beautiful language does not make sense to me.
Then I wanted to know your ideas.

άλφα, Alharacas, KingS. Thank you for joining in French. It's effective to make atmosphere exotic. It matches this thread. I like it a lot!

Some might say that French nasal sounds is beautiful but it sounds like that all French people have cold to me.  ;)
