Even Greener Pastures

I saw this article tonight and thought of this topic.  At least in the first few pages, the article never says ¨village¨ it talks about the tiniest towns in every state in America. (Including at least one where the ¨town¨ has an official population of only 1 person.)  https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/tiniest-town-every-state-040000773.html

#21 is Port Tobacco Village, Maryland              If I had time I'd look to see if any of these places are legally incorporated as towns. I'm guessing calling them towns is just a way to grab readers. No matter, it's a good little read. Many of these places would technically be called ghost towns, in my opinion.
